Who can participate in the Customer Choice Program?
All commercial customers (including GMA customers) in Virginia are eligible to sign up for the program.
How do I participate in this program?
Contact and obtain service and pricing information from several suppliers. Once you choose a supplier, you will be asked to enroll in the program by signing a consent form that acknowledges you have read the supplier's agreement and the Washington Gas fact sheet.
When can I sign up for the program?
Enrollment is open every month throughout the year.
Who are the other natural gas suppliers?
These natural gas suppliers have been certified by Washington Gas as meeting certain financial and regulatory criteria. We recommend that if you decide to participate in Customer Choice Program that you contact and obtain service and pricing information from several suppliers.
