(703) 750-7944 to pay your bill, check your balance or a payment, request
a duplicate bill, get account information or request payment arrangements.
Credit card payment are processed by Online Resources. For this
service, they charge a $4.55 convenience fee.
NOTE: Web and phone self-service options are not currently available
for Frederick or Shenandoah division customers.
